President
With an engineering background, Thierry has 30 years of experience in transport and logistics within international groups, covering operational and central functions with P&L and commercial responsibilities.
He brings to Hi Park deep expertise in Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL), a thorough understanding of flows, cost drivers, and operational constraints, along with a strong European network (manufacturers, logistics providers, ports, networks).
Dedicated 100% to Hi Park’s development since January 2025.
Rémy Fargier
CEO & Independent Director
Engineer by training, Rémy has 30 years of industrial and technological experience, notably in intralogistics automation (Altef Group, Fives). He held various operational roles (industrialization, purchasing, R&D) before leading multiple company divisions.
Today, he is Executive Director of Fives Xcella, board member, and expert at the France 2030 digital college.
At Hi Park, he brings expertise in industrial deployment, complex project management, and offer structuring in automated logistics.
Paul Schemith
Software Developer
Trained at École 42 (Nice campus), Paul specializes in software development and data, with a project-oriented and problem-solving approach.
He developed several applications and projects (internships and missions), available on GitHub.
Key skills: algorithms, data structures, software architecture, testing, integration, system knowledge (Unix, Git, scripting).
Technologies: React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, C/C++, Linux, Docker.
At Hi Park, he designs and develops reliable and maintainable IT solutions for products and operations.
