Hi Park is an integrator of automated vertical storage solutions, designed for Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) and rolling loads, heavy or bulky.

Our ambition: multiply capacity (up to x5) on a given footprint and optimize handling, with a scalable economic model.

Our History

  • 2021 – Creation of Hi Park to launch the concept and validate its techno-economic feasibility.
  • 2022 – 2024 – Structuring the architecture and gradual industrialization with a recognized French supplier ecosystem.
  • Since 2025 – Structured offering and market deployment initiated (pilots / projects under discussion).

Purpose

The Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) market has long sought alternatives to flat storage: higher capacity, better locations, better acceptance, and less human resource consumption.

Existing high-rise storage solutions have rarely been adopted on a large scale, mainly for economic reasons.

Moreover, automated ground handling solutions are advancing, but alone do not solve the densification challenge on limited footprints.

Hi Park was designed to overcome this constraint: 3D storage, automated handling, and controlled CAPEX + OPEX balance.
